Made in the USA, July 12, 2010 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Comfort Seats C1B1R-17BR Designer Solid Wood Round Toilet Seat with Anti-microbial and Brass Hinges, Oak (Tools & Home Improvement) I was attracted to this seat because of it's manufacture is US made and it has stanless steel hinges. I've had it with China products with sub-standard brass fittings. The seat is beautiful, easy to install. It is just what I expected. The shippment reached me in less than 5 days. I will buy again from this manufacturer if a need arrises. (The price was about twice as much as the imports charged, but I am looking for quality. We all need to support our US producers).

The seat has beautiful hardware that is sturdy and has washers that are thick and really keep it secure. The finish is amazing and it completes my new bathroom with a look of elegance that I think will last for years.
